• This Polished silver molding is no longer available from Mercedes, but is replace by a molding that must be painted before instillation.
   
  
• This molding mounts on the "C" pillar behind thew rear door and just behind the triangle window of the rear door.
   
  
• This molding is aluminum and has a polished & brushed finish look to it, where as the new replacements are plain and need to be painted.
  
  
• The Mercedes part number on this is 124 698 02 30 and has been replaced by the plain, primed part 124 698 16 30 and is for the right side of the rear pillar.
