This kit is for replacing the original "loop" style glow plugs for all Mercedes 4 cylinder diesels 180D, 180Db, 180Dc, 190D, 190Db, 190Dc, 200D, 220D and 240D through 1981.

This is a complete conversion kit to remove the original series wired glow plugs and install new parallel wired fast glow plugs.

This kit includes 4 new Bremi quick glow large thread pencil tip glow plugs, 3 heavy duty connecting wires, new nuts and a complete set of instructions.

The glow plugs are made by Bremi of Germany, an OEM supplier to all German new car manufacturers.

The supplied connecting wires are made using AWM 1015, 10AWG stranded wire, rated at 221 deg. / 600V, and covered with 3M heat shield, with heavy duty copper lug terminals, double crimped to wires.

I had the 4 cylinder kit in my 1979 240D and it took 3 seconds on the coldest day to start it.

Instillation will take about 30 - 60 minutes depending on your skill level, and only the most basic metric tools.
