This is a new OEM headlight level sensor, with the Mercedes Star and part number buffed off for copyright reasons.
There are 2 used on the front and 1 on the rear.
This will fit select models of the 2000 - 2006 Mercedes E320, E500, E55 AMG, S350, S430, S500, S55 AMG, S600 and S65 AMG, PLEASE see the application fitment table to confirm.
This is used on the E-Class models cars with Bi-Xenon Headlights, and Semi-Active Air Suspension (Code 489).
This is NOT used on S-Class cars with Active Body Control (Code 487)
