Mercedes 5 Cylinder Diesel Fast Glow Plug Conversion Kit for Large Thread Glow Plugs.

• This kit replaces the loop style series connected original glow plugs for all 5 cylinder diesel 300D models 1975 - 1981.

• This is a complete conversion kit to remove the original series wired glow plugs and install new parallel wired fast glow plugs.
   
  
• This kit includes 5 new Bremi quick glow large thread pencil tip glow plugs, 4 heavy duty connecting wires, new nuts and a complete set of instructions.
   
  
• The glow plugs are made by Bremi of Germany, an OEM supplier to all German new car manufacturers.
   
  
• The supplied connecting wires are made using AWM 1015, 10AWG stranded wire, rated at 221 deg. / 600V, and covered with 3M heat shield, with heavy duty copper lug terminals, double crimped to wires.
   
  
• I had the 4 cylinder kit in my 1979 240D and it took 3 seconds on the coldest day to start it.
   
  
• Instillation will take about 30 - 60 minutes depending on your skill level, and only the most basic metric tools.
