This is a new old stock genuine Volvo part with the Volvo pick label.
I have only partial applications for this, however the original part # is 54244, a classic Volvo part #, and may fit earlier models, so please check with your Volvo dealer or parts person.
This is the rubber block to absorb the release of the parking brake tension, I am assuming.
The Volvo part number is 675253 and replaces the old part # 54244
